Bain Capital Real Estate and BlueWater Marinas have acquired Bayside Marine, a full-service marina located in Duxbury, MA. Terms were not disclosed. Bayside represents the fifth marina acquired by Bain Capital and BlueWater as part of their joint venture.
Family-owned and operated by the Kent family since 1949, Bayside Marine is situated on Duxbury Bay with direct access to Cape Cod Bay. According to Bain Capital and BlueWater, the property serves as a premier launch point for fishing and cruising across the South Shore and greater Cape Cod region.
