
Avison Young has closed two similarly positioned industrial properties in the Indianapolis metro area: 2460 N. Arlington Avenue for $1.5 million and 2950 E. Hanna Avenue, also for $1.5 million.
The 2460 N Arlington Avenue property was bought by Capitol City Fence Company (CCFC). The 20,970-square-foot building will reconsolidate operations for the company. CCFC was represented by Avison Young’s Peter Seoane, Vice President. The seller, P7 Property LLC, was represented by Nick Spegal of Re/Max Realty Group.
The recently vacant 18,200-square-foot property at 2950 Hanna Avenue consists of a 7,600-square-foot warehouse, 8,186-square-foot office space, and an additional 2,414-square-foot storage warehouse. The property also includes .41-acre potential expansion land with an existing 3,113-square-foot single-family residence. Seoane represented the seller, Walsman Associates, LLC. The buyer, 2950 Hanna, LLC, was represented by Shelly Johnson of KW Commercial.
