
Atlantic Capital Partners arranged the sale of two office buildings located at 226 and 230 Lowell St. in Wilmington, MA. Buyer and seller were not disclosed. The transaction was led by Head of capital markets Justin Smith, EVP Chris Peterson, senior associate Danielle Turpin and analyst John Dixon represented the seller.
226 Lowell St. is a 40,899-square-foot office/light industrial building that is 100% leased to a variety of local and regional businesses. 230 Lowell St. totals 20,989 square feet and is occupied by a complementary mix of medical office, retail, and traditional office tenants. Both assets benefit from strong average tenant tenure and have received significant capital improvements in recent years.
The assets are positioned at the signalized intersection of Lowell Street (Route 129) and Woburn Street, within affluent Middlesex County and a dense suburban trade area with strong demographic fundamentals.
