After a Summer full of betas, Apple has released iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 today. This update brings the Liquid Glass redesign to iPhone and iPad.

Apple also released the following updates:
- watchOS 26
- macOS Tahoe 26
- tvOS 26
- visionOS 26
- HomePod Software 26
With Liquid Glass, Apple is essentially taking the design language from visionOS and bringing it to the rest of its lineup, making all of the software inclusive for the first time ever.
Of course, while Liquid Glass is the big change here, it’s not the only change this year. It also brings Vision Intelligence to the iPhone. Essentially, with Vision Intelligence, your iPhone can now understand what’s on your screen and answer questions about what you’re looking at.
Apple has also improved Genmoji and Image Playground with some new features here in iOS 26.
