Amazon has a pretty good discount for the MacBook Pro M4 right now, where you can pick one up for as low as $1,299. That’s going to save you $300 off of its regular price, making it a great time to upgrade.
However, if you want an M4 Pro or M4 Max version of the MacBook Pro, those are also discounted. The M4 Pro can be yours for as low as $1,761 with 24GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. That’s also good for $200 off. While the M4 Max can be yours for $2,899 with 36GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, and this is $300 off.
The new M4 MacBook Pro is the latest MacBook Pro from Apple, and it will be available for at least a few more months. We don’t expect to see the M5 until this Fall. This is the smaller 14.2-inch model, which is small but mighty. It sports a stunning Liquid Retina XDR display and has pretty incredible battery life. Apple’s battery life numbers did improve from the M3 to the M4 actually. The company is touting up to 16 hours of wireless web browsing and up to 24 hours of video streaming. These numbers were 15 and 22 hours on the M3 model. Of course, this is thanks to the larger 72.4-Whr lithium battery inside.
With 16GB of RAM standard on the M4 MacBook Pro, you’re getting plenty of RAM for things like Apple Intelligence, which is always a good thing. Additionally, since macOS does use Swap, you likely won’t need much more than 16GB. But Apple does sell the 24GB model through Amazon, which is good to see.
This is a really good deal on the M4 MacBook Pro, and one that won’t last long.
