Alphabet has reported its Q4 2025 earnings, and the company has reached a rather significant milestone, surpassing $400 Billion in revenue since it became the parent company of Google and its other subsidiaries. Naturally, Google and YouTube are two of the biggest contributors to this massive amount of revenue. It’s also reported that YouTube remains the “number one streamer” according to Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai.
In addition to the high revenue numbers, Pichai notes that Gemini is seeing great momentum and that the launch of Gemini 3 was a big milestone for the company. “Our first party models, like Gemini, now process over 10 billion tokens per minute via direct API use by our customers, and the Gemini App has grown to over 750 million monthly active users,” Pichai said.
Alphabet Q4 2025 earnings had large contributions from YouTube and Google Cloud
According to Alphabet’s earnings report, YouTube and Google’s Cloud business played a large role in Alphabet’s revenue increase for Q4 2025. Pichai states that YouTube brought in $60 Billion in revenue across ads and subscriptions. Google’s Cloud business, meanwhile, reportedly reached a $70 Billion run rate. Google also notes that it now has a whopping 325 million subscriptions across its consumer services. Google One and YouTube Premium are big contributing factors to this subscription growth.
Google’s investments in AI are also playing a strong role in the increased revenue. “We’re seeing our AI investments and infrastructure drive revenue and growth across the board,” Google said. This shouldn’t be surprising, given the number of users accessing the Gemini app on a monthly basis these days. It goes to show that Gemini has not only come a long way, but that people quite like using it. Overall, Alphabet had a strong Q4 and fiscal year 2025, reporting an increase of 18% for consolidated Alphabet revenues.
