The five-story building, which features eight three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, and two ground-level retail spaces, closed for $10,750,000 in a deal brokered by Joe Koicim & Matt Berger of Marcus & Millichap..
Located directly across from Tompkins Square Park, the property is positioned between East 9th and East 10th streets.
