Airbnb Inc. will move its Seattle office to a two-floor space in Pioneer Square. The office will be relocated to Hudson Pacific’s 95 Jackson building, a three-story, 21,000-square-foot office space in Seattle.
According to permit filings with the city last month, Airbnb is leasing about 17,100 square feet, with CBRE acting as the broker, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The building was once occupied by the e-commerce company Zulily. In 2017, Airbnb signed a six-year, 42,000-square-foot lease across two floors in downtown Seattle’s 8th + Olive building.
The vacation rental platform just announced it is redesigning its app and expanding its offerings as part of a summer 2025 update with the launch of Airbnb Services and Airbnb Experiences, letting users go beyond booking a room or home stay and choose from various amenities, similar to what hotel chains and cruises offer guests.
