The incident quickly gained attention, with more users confirming similar behavior on their Samsung devices. Phones using the Exynos chipset appear particularly affected, while Snapdragon variants seem to function normally without triggering any reboot.
Multiple reports now point to a consistent pattern across devices like the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and even midrange models. Tablets in the Galaxy lineup seem to be affected as well. The problem does not appear tied to a single browser. Users have experienced crashes on Chrome, Samsung Internet, and even through search apps. In some cases, the phone heats up and slows down before the sudden restart occurs.
