
Eden Prairie Center, a 1.4 million square foot mall in Minnesota, has expanded its mix of retail and service-based concepts with the addition of seven new tenants open now or coming soon. V
“We’re proud to continue expanding Eden Prairie Center with unique specialty retailers and service providers that allow guests the convenience of shopping, dining and accessing services all in one place,” said JLL’s Vice President of Eden Prairie Center, Nancy Litwin.
PRVDR has opened a 1,300-square-foot space offering men’s fashion apparel, and Umi’s for Men will be located in a 1,409-square-foot store, and Wings Credit Union will open a 3,800-square-foot location.
Reborn Salon has a 2,361-square-foot salon located on the upper level of the mall, and Phenix Salon Suites operates a 6,244-square-foot location with a total of 35 salon suites. A U.S. Army Career Center—is now open in a 1,178-square-foot center and Spirit Halloween has opened a 6,567-square-foot seasonal store.
