For the first time since 2007, Subaru has announced a full redesign of its national retailer network. According to Subaru, its “new concept reimagines the automotive retail experience, transforming dealerships into immersive, hospitality-driven spaces that strengthen customer relationships and community connections.” Features include a bold new glass storefront, a lounge area, “lifestyle vehicle vignettes,” a digital table for customers to customize vehicles and choose accessories, and outdoor green areas.
