Construction of 600 Miami Worldcenter, a 32-story fully sold-out condominium development in Downtown Miami, has reached its structural peak. Developed by a joint venture between Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group, the project is slated for completion in 2026.
Rising at 600 NE 1st Avenue, the tower will deliver 606 fully furnished residences with no rental restrictions. The building touts its flexible ownership and turn-key short-term rental format policy.
Designed by Revuelta Architecture, residences will range from 407-square-foot studios to 830-square-foot two-bedrooms. The units, which initially started at $400,000, sold out before construction began.
Amenities at 600 Miami Worldcenter include a rooftop pool and lounge, a fitness center with a private outdoor training space, a resident lounge and co-working suite, a summer kitchen, a porte-cochère entry, a 24-hour attended lobby, and dedicated storage and bike facilities.
The project is within the $6 billion, 27-acre Miami Worldcenter development.
