SunCap Real Estate Investments acquired the DeKalb Technology Center, an eight-building flex park located just west of Spaghetti Junction. The company had $41.6 million for the eight-building, 285,000 square foot facility made up of light industrial and office space. CapRidge Partners was the seller.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports DeKalb County property records show that CapRidge purchased the flex park for over $31 million in June 2022.
The property was 67% leased at that time. It’s now over 90% leased. Tenants include Atlanta English Institute, Montra Technologies Inc., Barbizon Lighting Company, Landmark Forum, Everon, Sierrafruitsnacks and more.
Reid Hanner and Jordan Camp at Oakley Real Estate Partners secured the tenants, and Tom Shafer, Chase Mathews and John Hinson with OnPace Partners secured the buyer.
