Lee & Associates | Pacific Northwest has promoted Andrew Hull to principal. Formerly a senior vice president of the firm, he has played a pivotal role in the continued growth of Lee & Associates’ industrial services group since joining the company in 2018.
Hull will continue to be based out of Lee & Associates’ Bellevue headquarters, supporting both local and regional clients with their industrial real estate needs. With a strong background in tenant and landlord representation, he specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial and flex properties across the Puget Sound region.
Over the past seven years, Hull has completed transactions totaling more than $350 million in consideration, representing a range of clients from private owners and tenants to institutional investors and national occupiers. He has become a trusted advisor in key submarkets, including the Kent Valley, South through Sumner and Fife and throughout Pierce County.
