Northmarq’s San Diego office completed the $73.75-million sale of Canyon Villa, a 183-unit garden-style apartment community located at 601 Telegraph Canyon Rd. in Chula Vista. Buyer and seller were not disclosed. SVP Benn Fogelsang represented both parties in the transaction.
Canyon Villa features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes a short distance from National City and downtown Chula Vista. The multifamily property offers easy access to Interstate 805 and Highway 205, according to Northmarq.
Residents have access to in-unit amenities including a private balcony/patio, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer and other features. Community amenities include covered parking, resort-style pool with sundeck, dog park and fitness center.
