Headlines for the past several days have been a tight contest between the new Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class and the BMW iX3. The latter was, of course, the launchpad of the automaker’s Neue Klasse line, a design language that underpins the future of next-generation Bimmers. The future, however, doesn’t include the BMW Z4. Despite receiving an extension until mid-next year, the Z4 will eventually meet its demise.
