Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, Matt Laird, and JD Fuller represented John Stephanus as the buyer in The Postmark transaction. Proceeds from those sales were used to purchase The Postmark, completing a strategic repositioning from vintage assets held for more than 50 years into a newly constructed property strategically located near the client’s other holdings.
Delivered in 2020, The Postmark property offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with high-end finishes and modern layouts. Positioned in Shoreline’s North City neighborhood, The Postmark benefits from walkable retail and transit, including immediate access to the North/185th light rail station, which provides direct service to downtown Seattle and regional job centers.
