The sale was led by the Colliers team of Executive Vice Presidents Dan Linell, Mox Gunderson, and Adam Haydon, as well as Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak. Its location provides convenient accessibility to U.S. Highway 169, the Northstar Commuter Line, and is 40 minutes from both Minneapolis and St. Cloud.
