KLNB announced the $4.7 million sale of a 16,000-square-foot industrial property located at 3031 8th Street NE in Washington, D.C.
KLNB’s team, comprised of Senior Vice Presidents Josh Katz, and Pierce Kreutzer, and Vice President Aaron Carroll, represented the seller, Sunbelt Rentals. The KLNB team partnered with Steve Cole, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of NAI Mertz’s Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania office. Cole serves as a corporate services advisor to Sunbelt Rentals, handling strategic real estate projects and transactions acquisitions across the United States.
