
The Swig Company has renewed a 17,000-square-foot lease with Provident Financial Management on the top floor of 3130 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica. Lease terms were not disclosed. Provident Financial Management provides business management services to a broad range of clients, including multi-platinum musical groups, songwriters, producers, touring artists, movie and television actors, writers, and high-net-worth individuals and executives.
Deron White of CBRE represented The Swig Company. Jeff Cowan of Savills, Inc., represented Provident Financial Management.
Acquired by The Swig Company in 2022, 3130 Wilshire is a six-story, 97,000 square foot creative office building. The property is LEED Silver certified and holds Fitwel One Star, WELL Healthy-Safety and ENERGY STAR ratings.Â
Recent extensive renovations include a full building seismic upgrade, a completely remodeled main lobby and outdoor patio for tenant enjoyment and a new tenant lounge with gaming tables, a wellness room, mother’s room and two conference rooms. The lounge can accommodate up to 91 people for larger meetings.
