Holladay Properties is considering redeveloping the 22-acre site where the vacant Donelson Hospital on Lebanon Pike stands. The company has submitted plans to rezone land at 3055 Lebanon Pike to allow for a mixed-use project. The site, now called Donelson Corporate Center, once housed the Donelson Hospital, which closed more than a decade ago. It has since operated as office space but is now empty.
If rezoning is approved, the development could include a grocery store, apartments, restaurants, retail space, office space and single-family homes.
The project would allow for up to 600 residential units, 100,000 square feet of office space and 65,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and grocery store space, for a total of nearly 1 million square feet.
The rezoning request will go before the Metro Planning Department for approval in Sept.
