Seattle-based customer data platform Amperity has relocated its headquarters to the 2+U tower at 1201 Second Ave. in downtown Seattle.
The new office is approximately 25% larger than Amperity’s previous space at the Columbia Center, where it had been based for six years before the lease expired, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The company took over a full floor, subleasing the space, in the high-rise, which is managed by Hines.
Founded in 2016, Amperity also has offices in London, Australia, and soon, a new location in New York City. The company raised $100 million in 2021, reaching a valuation of over $1 billion. 2+U tower is a high-rise 500-foot-tall, 38-story tower located at 2nd Avenue and University Street and was completed in 2020. The 725,000-square-foot building offers a mix of office, retail, and public space.Â
