
Koury Corp. has acquired the Lawndale Crossing retail center to its portfolio, a 257,525 square foot retail center between Battleground Avenue and Lawndale Drive in Greensboro. The sales price was $37 million. Pacolet Milliken Enterprises was the seller.
The Triad Business Journal reports the center’s tenants include a PetSmart, Harris Teeter, Panera Bread, City Barbecue, Crumbl Cookies and other retailers. Lawndale Crossing is also home to a Target, which was not part of the deal.
While the center is 94% leased. Vacancies include a 12,000-square-foot space formerly home to a Party City location, and the other is a 2,800-square-foot end cap.
Koury manages over 2.5 million square feet across 56 properties. It has developed 1.14 million square feet worth of projects in the Triad in the last five years.
