Kidder Mathews has promoted Brandon Rogness to Market Leader in Tacoma, Washington.
In this role, Rogness will oversee the firm’s local asset services operations, ensuring seamless operations, driving tenant satisfaction, and leading high-performance property teams to deliver best-in-class service.
Rogness joined Kidder Mathews in 2024 and brings a decade of experience in property management.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Property Manager at Palladium Real Estate Services, where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio across the Puget Sound. “Brandon is a thoughtful leader with a strong understanding of operations and client needs,” said Erin French, CPM, CCIM, President of Asset Services. “He’s earned the respect of our teams and clients alike, and I’m confident he’ll continue to elevate our presence in the Tacoma market.”
