Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a 98-room Best Western Plus in Blaine, Minnesota.

The new owner is expected to implement thoughtful upgrades and continue proudly serving the growing Blaine community.”
Ruzicka, Joseph Ferguson and Reed Gizinski, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
The Best Western Plus Blaine is located at 10580 Baltimore St. NE, adjacent to the National Sports Center. Built in 2007, the hotel features 98 guestrooms with kitchenettes and modern amenities, along with amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, arcade room, business center and meeting space.
