Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 9,600-square-foot, single-tenant flex property located in Midtown Sacramento. The asset sold for $1,750,000.
“Sellers’ family business, Toms Printing, operated in the space since 1989, then closed their doors in 2015,” said James Beeghly, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento office. “After briefly leasing the property to another print shop, the sellers decided to list their property for sale to an owner-user. This sale achieved 99% of the recommended list price. Flower Fist Art Market acquired the property with plans to expand their existing operations, making this a strategic move for their continued growth in the Midtown area.”
Beeghly, alongside Russ Moroz, Christopher Drake, Abdullah Sulaiman and Matt Sulaiman, investment specialists in the Sacramento office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
Constructed in 1966, the single-tenant flex building is located at 1819 East St. in Sacramento. It offers a versatile layout suitable for a range of owner-user applications.
