Goodman North America has completed the construction of Goodman Commerce Center Long Beach, Building One at 2401 E. Wardlow Rd., adjacent to Long Beach Airport and major transportation arteries. Located in an area known as “Space Beach,” the property is intended for last-mile distribution, warehousing, space tech, aerospace, manufacturing or e-commerce use.
“This is a launchpad built to propel growth — where strategic location, supply-chain resilience, a strong talent pool, and modern infrastructure combine to help customers withstand trade uncertainty and achieve long-term success,” said Anthony Rozic, CEO of Goodman North America. “Long Beach has always held a unique position as a key logistics hub — a role that has grown even more critical in today’s economic environment.”
Features include 40-foot internal height clearance to maximize vertical storage capacity, 240-foot truck court depth, 61 dock doors, two grade-level doors, a secured yard and a 4,000-amp main switchboard. The building also offers flexible potential office space design and a 10,000-square-foot mezzanine with an optional 11 acres of adjacent land available for ancillary uses.
