Commerce technology company Queen One has signed a 10-year, 29,718-square-foot lease at Williamsburg office building 25 Kent. The signing follows a transition of primary management of the building to Global Holdings, which has maintained a stake in 25 Kent since 2018. It is now bringing new resources, capital and momentum to the building, starting with the launch of a targeted prebuilt program and the hiring of Newmark as exclusive leasing agent.
“As longtime investors in 25 Kent, we’re excited to now take the lead on the building’s next chapter as we celebrate this significant lease signing in the Brooklyn office market,” said Craig Panzirer, SVP – director of leasing, Global Holdings. “Our focus is on investing in new capital improvements and positioning the building as a hub for the next generation of creative and tech innovators — companies like Queen One.”
The Newmark leasing team is led by Ryan Gessin, Will Grover and Jordan Gosin.Â
