Cambridge Holdings is developing a medical office building at Frisco Station. Town officials expect the project to kickstart the Frisco Station Health and Wellness District, which will be built within 35 acres of the mixed-use development on the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway.
Cambridge recently broke ground on the 85,800-square-foot facility, which will house a three-story medical office building. The opening is slated for late 2026.
The building’s anchor tenants are Compass Surgical Partners, Orthopedic Institute of North Texas and Lam Vascular & Associates. Additional tenants include Elite Imaging and physicians specializing in interventional radiology, OB-GYN and orthopedic spine treatments.
The medical office building is part of larger plans for Frisco Station. This 242-acre mixed-use development will feature office buildings, parks and trails, as well as residential and retail opportunities.
The development currently has four residential urban living communities and three hotel properties, including SkyHouse, AC Hotel Dallas Frisco and the Residence Inn Dallas Frisco.
