
Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of a single-tenant industrial property in Canton, MA, for $7.1 million. First VP investments Harrison Klein represented the buyer, Seyon Group. The seller, Canton II JB Capital LLC, was self-represented.

Located at 40 Hudson Rd. in Canton, the property consists of a 39,687-square-foot warehouse on 2.67 acres. The building is fully occupied by an electrical manufacturing firm. Situated along the Route 128 corridor, the site is within a major hub for corporate offices, technology firms and distribution centers serving Greater Boston.
