Colliers has completed the sale of 815 Sievers-Duecy Blvd in Everett, Washington, for $8.27 million.
Colliers’ Derek Heed and Talor Okada, executive vice presidents, represented the seller in the transaction.
“This was a standout opportunity in a tight market,” said Okada. “Strong fundamentals, top-tier construction and the seller’s thoughtful execution made it a sought-after opportunity—and ultimately led to a record-breaking outcome.”
The 26,666-square-foot facility was acquired by a privately held family business recognized among the largest HVAC operators on the West Coast. The seller, Underwood Gartland 64 LLC, also recently disposed of an adjacent building for $30 million disposition of the adjacent building.
Constructed with concrete tilt-up panels and 24-foot clear height, the building features 24,070 square feet of warehouse space and 2,596 square feet of office, along with ESFR sprinklers, 600 amps of 3-phase power, dock-high and drive-in loading.
