Motiva Enterprises, a subsidiary of Saudi oil giant, Aramco, has renewed its lease of 221,000 square feet at One Allen Center in downtown Houston. The Houston Business Journal reports Motiva has been occupying space at the 500 Dallas St. building since 2015. It’s expanded its lease since then.
One Allen Center is owned and managed by Brookfield Properties.
For its latest lease renewal, Motiva was represented by Tim Relyea and Joseph Peddie of Cushman & Wakefield. Bubba Harkins, Kristen Rabel and Jenny Sealy of CBRE, as well as Tyler Merritt of Brookfield Properties, represented the landlord.
In 2021, Brookfield wrapped up an extensive multiyear overhaul of the Allen Center campus, which saw a number of upgrades to its three office towers.
The mixed-use skyscraper complex includes the 34-story One Allen Center at 500 Dallas St., the 36-story Two Allen Center at 1200 Smith St. and the 50-story Three Allen Center at 333 Clay St.
