At one time, Tony Giarratana had plans to build a 45-story tower on an asymetrical lot in the SoBro district of Nashville. That’s changed. He now wants to sell the .39 acre parcel.
In 2021, Giarratana unveiled plans to develop condo units in a curved tower on Korean Veterans Boulevard. The Nashville Business Journal reports it would have been the second tallest building in Nashville. Giarratana paid $1.85 million for the SoBro site in 2015.
The parcel is currently being marketed for sale by Kipper Worthington and Crews Johnston at the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield. An asking price was not disclosed. The land is fully entitled for a 45-story tower.
Giarratana has built and sold over 1,000 condo units in Nashville.
