
MIG paid $35 million for Basecamp, a 74-unit apartment community in Boulder, Colorado.
The Walker & Dunlop Denver Investment Sales team, led by David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young, arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Confluence Companies, the client, and MIG Real Estate, the buyer.

The apartment community, at 1620 8th Street, was originally built in 2020.
This past March, W&D also facilitated the $47.5M sale of West 8th on behalf of Confluence Companies, a sister property of Basecamp also located in Golden.
Confluence Companies, based in Golden, was founded in 2006. Confluence has nine properties in and around the Denver area.
MIG currently owns and operates more than 3.5 million square feet of retail, office and industrial/flex space, more than 1,000 hotel keys, and over 6,500 multifamily units.
