A North Miami Beach planning commission is reviewing plans for a six-building apartment complex that will feature 500 units and 19,000 square feet of commercial space.
The S. Florida Business Journal reports Elysee Investments and Scott Solomon filed for the zoning change near Greynolds Park.
The companies jointly purchased the vacant property for $11.38 million in 2018.
It would also include about 8,400 square feet of indoor amenities, three internal courtyards, including one with a pool, and a dog park.
Miami-based MSA Architects designed the project.
The apartments would range from 550 to 1,217 square feet. There would be 46 studio apartments, 205 one-bedroom units, 73 one-bedroom units with dens, 138 two-bedroom units, and 38 three-bedroom units.
