Detroit’s stronghold on the American car market saved the consumer from a number of weird and zany models as well, for sure. Just look at the French and Italian carmakers that are not represented in the US. A Renault Twizy or Pagani Zonda for anyone, perhaps? Yes, folks. The Zonda was never sold in the USA, though a few snuck through under the Show and Display exemption.
