LAS VEGAS, April 18, 2025 – MDH Partners (MDH) and DHL Real Estate Solutions (DHL) completed the development of Peak Distribution Center, a two-building, 794,386-square-foot industrial project located in Las Vegas. The deal follows MDH’s January acquisition of an existing two-building, 509,216-square-foot project in Las Vegas, which marked its entrance into the market. Matt Gregory sourced the acquisition for MDH. Trent Agnew and Brian Carlton from JLL marketed the opportunity on behalf of DHL.Â
DHL Real Estate Solutions is a subsidiary of DHL Group, the world’s largest logistics company. DHL commenced site work on Peak Distribution Center in the first quarter of 2023, with vertical construction kicking off last month. The project is slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2026. DHL has pre-leased Building Two (343,373 SF), while Building One (450,241 SF) is currently available for lease. The Colliers team of Pat Marsh and Sam Newman is leasing the project for the venture.Â
