The writing’s on the wall – a fresh and battery-electric Volvo ES90 has been introduced as the new flagship model, replacing the S90 in the automaker’s lineup. We expected the Swedish marque to bring the axe to the not-so-popular executive sedan sooner or later – though we were leaning more on later – but a report has surfaced claiming the schedule for the S90’s discontinuation has been accelerated; this year is reportedly the S90’s final year.
