Honor has just unveiled its latest gaming smartphones in China, consisting of three separate models that are all about high refresh rates and long battery life. The new lineup includes the flagship Honor WIN 2 alongside the WIN RT 2 and WIN Turbo 2. Each phone brings a unique mix of processing power, active cooling, and hardware features aimed directly at mobile gamers.
A fast 185Hz 2K screen across every model
All three phones share the same 6.89-inch Visionox OLED display featuring a 2K resolution and a 185Hz refresh rate. The panel hits a peak brightness of 10,000 nits and uses custom WIN Display and WIN Touch chips to handle high-frequency PWM dimming and fast touch response. Thin 0.93mm bezels outline the front display, while an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner sits beneath the glass for biometric security.
Dual active cooling fans and flagship power on the WIN 2
At the top of the lineup sits the standard Honor WIN 2, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Honor added an active dual-fan cooling setup that combines a cross-flow fan and a side fan to keep internal temperatures down during long gaming sessions. It packs a 10,100mAh battery with 100W wired and 80W wireless charging, a 200MP main camera with image stabilization, and IP68, IP69, and IP69K durability ratings.
Prices start at 5,499 yuan (~$822) for the base 12GB/256GB model and go up to 7,999 yuan (~$1,196) for the 16GB/1TB option.
Giant 12,070mAh batteries on the WIN RT 2 and Turbo 2
If battery endurance is your main priority, the Honor WIN RT 2 packs a massive 12,070mAh battery paired with 90W wired charging. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, keeps a single internal cooling fan, and uses the same 200MP main camera as the flagship model. Pricing for the RT 2 starts at 4,199 yuan (~$625) for 12GB/256GB and tops out at 5,199 yuan (~$775) for 16GB/512GB.
The more affordable Honor WIN Turbo 2 keeps the same 12,070mAh battery and 90W charging but drops the active cooling fan entirely. It switches to a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip and uses a 50MP Sony main sensor alongside a 12MP ultrawide camera. The Turbo 2 starts at 3,199 yuan (~$480) for 8GB/256GB and scales up to 4,499 yuan (~$670) for the 16GB/512GB configuration.
Every device in the series runs MagicOS 11 based on Android 17, complete with a matte metal frame and customizable rear lighting effects. While these gaming phones offer impressive specs on paper, Honor has not mentioned whether any of the three models will launch outside of China.
