Truth be told, there is something funny about an electric Toyota Hilux. The indestructible, go-for-miles-without-repairs routine doesn’t sound compatible with this new powertrain, though it’s far too early to tell. However, we can’t shake the image of third-world revolutionaries hauling around generators in the bed where machine guns were once bolted.
