Mazda’s Least-Loved MX-5 Just Got A V6 Engine Even The Haters Can’t Ignore

For reasons we don’t entirely agree with, the third generation (NC) Mazda MX-5 has never gathered the enthusiasm and aftermarket support of the previous and later generations. However, Rocketeer Cars, the company behind the hand-built Rocketeer RestoMod sports cars, is following up on its efforts with the first and second (NA and NB) generation MX-5 models with a new NC model, powered by a Rocketeer V6 developing a bucket load of horsepower and torque.
