Crescent Communities is developing NOVEL oneC1TY, a new 313-unit residential community planned for oneC1TY, the mixed-use destination at the intersection of I-440 and Charlotte Avenue in West Nashville.Â
Upon completion in 2029, NOVEL oneC1TY will include 313 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities onsite will feature a resort-style rooftop pool deck with scenic landscaping, a bar for social gatherings with sand volleyball, a stylish resident clubhouse, a library, a fitness center built for training and recovery, a courtyard complete with fire pits and outdoor kitchen space, and an airy top-level Sky Lounge with unobstructed views of the iconic Nashville skyline. KTGY is the project designer.
NOVEL oneC1TY marks the latest investment in Crescent Communities’ Nashville pipeline. Other recent updates in the market include continued leasing at NOVEL Manchester Farm and HARMON West Meade, as well as the start of construction at NOVEL Richland Creek. Legacy properties include NOVEL Edgehill, Harpeth Heights, Camden West Nashville, The Sawyer at One Bellevue Place, Heartwood at Lockwood Glen, and Cadence Cool Springs. NOVEL represents Crescent Communities’ urban Class A multifamily brand, while HARMON is its single-family build-to-rent platform.
