
- Stream Realty Partners announces that Will Condrey has joined the firm as Senior Vice President in Houston. In this role, Condrey will focus on industrial occupier services and landlord representation, advising clients across the industrial and land sectors throughout Houston and beyond. Condrey joins Stream with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, capital markets, and advisory. He worked at Live Oak Capital and spent 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield, followed by 8 years at Cresa.
- Stockdale Capital Partners has established an office in Dallas, TX. The office, located at Crescent Court in Uptown Dallas is the firm’s sixth U.S. office. Stockdale has maintained an active investment presence across Texas for many years. The opening of a permanent office at Crescent Court builds on that momentum, reinforcing Stockdale’s long-term conviction in both the Dallas market and the broader Texas economy. - Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for Valley Ridge 35, a two-building Class-A industrial development in Lewisville, Texas. Developed by Crow Holdings Development in partnership with Lewisville Development, LP, the project is scheduled to deliver in June 2027. The project will offer 329,651 square feet of industrial space to accommodate a wide range of distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse users. Building 1 will total 226,680 square feet, while Building 2 will offer 102,971 square feet. Sarah Ozanne and Mac Hall will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the ownership.
- Steel Peak, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on industrial outdoor storage properties, is expanding into the Texas commercial real estate market with a focus on Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Steel Peak was founded in January 2024 and has acquired 15 IOS properties on the West Coast since then. The firm has hired Eli Ray to serve as Acquisitions Director in the region, where he is responsible for acquisitions and leasing across Steel Peak’s Industrial Outdoor Storage platform in Texas. Â
