- Stream Realty Partners has been selected to lead leasing at The Landing at Westshore, a 115,740-square-foot office property located at 4110 George Road in Tampa’s Westshore submarket. The newly rebranded property is situated within Independence Park, a 44-acre mixed-use campus near the Veterans Expressway and Interstate 275. The three-story property is currently available as a full-building headquarters opportunity, with naming rights and top-of-building signage available for a future tenant. Stream’s K.C. Tenukas and Nick Baldwin will lead leasing efforts for the property on behalf of ownership, REGAIN Investment Fund.Â
- Newmark arranged the sale of Wynwood Jungle, a 38,946-square-foot retail property located in the heart of Miami’s internationally recognized Wynwood Arts District. Newmark’s Eric Williams represented the seller in the transaction. Originally completed in 2016, the property was substantially renovated and repositioned in 2023 with more than $1 million in capital improvements, including upgrades to common areas and the façade, the addition of outdoor dining spaces, and rooftop restaurant activation.
