The arrival of the Mustang Dark Horse SC was significant, not just because it was a monster muscle car, but because it seemingly signaled the end of a long tradition. The SC is basically the latest version of what we used to know as the Shelby GT500, but now without any Shelby branding. While that may have disappointed some long-time Mustang fans, Ford is making up for it by reviving another old tradition: the hot convertible.
