We’ve seen quite a few Motorola Edge 70 Max leaks thus far, and the latest one shares the phone’s main specs. Roland Quandt, a well-known tipster, shared two renders of the device, with some specs included on its display.
Some of the Motorola Edge 70 Max’s specs just surfaced
So, as you can see in the image below, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is pretty much confirmed to fuel the phone. That is not Qualcomm’s most powerful chip, but it’s not far from it either.
Furthermore, the Motorola Edge 70 Max will feature a 6.82-inch Extreme AMOLED display. That display will be flat, it will have uniform bezels, and those bezels will be quite thin, as you can see.
The last spec that was shared relates to the phone’s battery capacity. Motorola will include a 7,100mAh silicon-carbon battery inside this smartphone. It was recently confirmed that the phone will support 25W wireless charging (Qi2 charging).
The Motorola Edge 70 Max will also include a flat frame and backplate, in addition to having a squarish camera island in the top-left corner. The power/lock and volume up and down buttons will sit on the right side, while the customizable AI key will be included on the left.
The phone’s renders did surface last month, followed by the company’s official teasers that confirmed wireless charging. The phone is also rumored to offer 68W wired charging, along with a 50-megapixel LYT-710 main camera and MIL-STD-810H durability.
The Android Headlines Take
The Motorola Edge 70 Max looks better and better on paper, with each new piece of information that pops up. Based on what we can see, not only will it be tough, but it has the potential to offer great battery life and performance.
We know that the phone is coming to India, which will be its first market. We’re hoping to see it in way more markets, though, and that Motorola will be smart when it comes to pricing this device.
