
CBRE has arranged the sale of a two-building, 142,400-square-foot industrial portfolio located in Beavercreek, Ohio.
The portfolio was purchased from 2060 Heller LLC and 2070 Heller LLC for $12.5 million. CBRE’s Steve Timmel and Will Roberts represented the seller in the transaction.
“The sale of this portfolio is a demonstration of the sustained investor demand for high-quality, fully leased industrial assets with strong corporate tenants,” said Timmel. “This high-growth corridor continues to see significant commerce development with aerospace and aerospace adjacent tenancy attracted to the market due to the presence of other aerospace tenants that have gravitated to the region.”
The portfolio consists of two fully leased industrial and research and development buildings occupied by an aerospace manufacturer. The buildings are located at 2060 and 2070 Heller Drive within the Cincinnati–Dayton Interstate 75 corridor, near several commercial and residential developments. Each building includes a mix of office and production space designed to support specialized aerospace manufacturing and research functions.
