
The Moinian Group,has signed 70,000 square feet of new leases at 60 Madison Avenue in Midtown South with Foundational Labs, Inc. d/b/a Pace, GovWell Technologies, Inc., The Full Picture, LLC and Tenex Labs, LLC. Gregg Rothkin, Hayden Pascal, Jared London, Taylor Walker and Keegan Schenk from CBRE represented ownership in all transactions.
“60 Madison Avenue, with its prime Midtown South location directly on Madison Square Park, continues to attract innovative and fast-growing companies seeking high-quality office space in one of Manhattan’s most dynamic business districts,” said Joseph Moinian, founder and chief executive at The Moinian Group.
The newly signed leases consist of:
- Tenex Labs, LLC, a leading technology agency focused on delivering innovative solutions, signed a 25,000-square-foot lease for the entire twelfth floor and penthouse level of the building. Tenex Labs was represented by Noel Flagg and EN Cutler of Newmark.
- Foundational Labs, Inc. d/b/a Pace, an enterprise artificial intelligence startup that builds an “agentic workforce” for the insurance industry, signed a 17,500-square-foot lease for the entire seventh floor of the building. Pace was represented by Nicholas Markel of Cresa.
- GovWell Technologies, Inc., the AI operating system for modern government, signed a 17,500-square-foot lease for the entire eighth floor of the building. GovWell was represented by Christopher Foerch, Zev Holzman and Riley Scanlon of Savills.
- The Full Picture, LLC, the strategic communications, brand strategy and production firm, signed an 8,000-square-foot lease for a portion of the eleventh floor. The Full Picture was represented by Michael Herz and Waite Buckley of Cresa.
