
Trident Capital Group announced a series of transactions and developments across the Columbus region, adding approximately 1.94 million square feet of industrial space to its growing Midwest portfolio.
A 191,077-square-foot industrial facility was delivered in 2025 and is 100% leased to three tenants. Trident is currently constructing the second phase of the development, which will deliver 177,607 square feet of industrial space. Nick Tomasone and Kilar Mariotti of CBRE are handling the leasing.
In April, Trident acquired a 308,358-squarefoot distribution facility. Delivered in 2024, the asset is 100% leased to Ease Logistics Services on a long-term lease.
Developed in partnership with O’Connor Capital Partners, Rickenbacker Industrial Center III is a landmark 958,740-square-foot speculative industrial development. Also developed in partnership with O’Connor Capital Partners, the Rickenbacker Industrial Center spans 303,670 square feet of industrial space, which will be delivered this month. Dan Wendorf, Brian Marsh, and Joe Davis of JLL are handling.
