Porsche is a brand steeped in history thanks to its motorsport success and longstanding tradition of making much-loved sports cars like the 911 and the Boxster. What people may not realize, however, is that innovation has been an integral part of Porsche’s history and this is on full display in the current Porsche hybrid lineup. While all the focus has recently been on the new and upcoming electric Porsches as well as the pure-gas sports cars we know and love, Porsche does still make cars that combine internal combustion and electricity, though they have recently flown a bit under the radar in comparison.
